      originating from Ireland.

    * Grass fed Dexters produce high quality

      beef that is tender,lean,flavoursome and  

      high in Omega 3, Iron and Vitamin E.

    * Individual cuts of Dexter Beef are

      approximately two thirds the size of other  

      breeds, so are convenient for small families.

* Reefton Park Dexter Beef is ‘home grown’ and reaches our

    customers directly from paddock to plate.

* Our cattle are ethically treated and handled with consideration

    and care at all times. Low stress handling ensures a quiet,

    contented stress- free animal. 

* All our animals are processed at a Primesafe licensed abattoir.

    We personally deliver our animals to the abattoir to guarantee

    appropriate handling throughout the process.

* Carcasses are cut and packed by a qualified butcher at a

    Primesafe licensed premises.

* All meat is Cryovac packed to ensure excellent presentation

   and extended shelf life. Deliveries direct to our customers are

    made in a refrigerated Primesafe licensed vehicle.

* Reefton Park Dexter Stud is situated in the rolling green hills of

    West Gippsland.
